Project description
Heat exchanger
Disassembly of the existing double shaft exchanger, a height of 78 m – 1300 tons of steel structures and technological equipment in total.
Assembly of a steel structure and technological equipment for a new exchanger with a total weight of 2438 tons up to a height of 108 m.
Rotary kiln of Ø 5 m
Disassembly of 1602 tons of kiln parts (a planetary cooler, a hot head, parts of a shell, the rotary kiln drive).
Pre-assembly and assembly of 955 tons of equipment of the reconstructed kiln (a drive, a gear ring and dismounted parts of a shell).
Raw mill
Reconstruction with a replacement of a vertical mill consisting of disassembly of 1157 tons and assembly of 1791 tons of technological equipment and steel structures

Project description
Duration time of realization – 12 months
Heat exchanger
Phase I – reconstruction of an upper part
We provided 150 tons of technological equipment and steel structures. From a height of 86 m we disassembled and assembled 520 tons of steel structures and technological equipment in total and reinforced existing components of the exchanger steel structure.
Phase II – reconstruction of a lower part
Again, disassembly and assembly of steel structures and technological equipment. Strengthening of supporting structure components with a total weight of 330 tons up to an input part of a rotary kiln.
Coal management
Phase III
Coal mill – assembly of complete technology with a total weight of 252.5 tons.
Circular coal stockyard – assembly of a combined dumping machine – a stacker-reclaimer, a scraper including a circular rail with a weight of 115 tons.

A kiln line modernization, reconstruction of a mill and conveying systems to silos
Project description
Phase I – renewal of a heat exchanger
Duration time of realization – 7 months
Replacement of a rotary kiln supporting ring including a replacement of a gear ring and a shell under the gear ring. Delivery and assembly for PSP ENG. Přerov is divided to five separate operation segments:
- PS 14 – a heat exchanger with a long calcining channel KKN
- PS 12 – raw material conveyance to the exchanger
- PS 17 – installation of a bypass equipment
- PS 81 – whole tire burning
- PS 11 – conveyance to a homogenization silo
Phase I – reconstruction of a mill and conveyance to silos
Duration time of realization – 4 months
Installation of a complete cement conveying system to silos – PIPE conveyance with a weight of 220 tons of a steel structure and technological equipment. Conveying/handling station and elevator tower – assembly of 195 tons of technological equipment and 365 tons of a steel structure.
Reconstruction of a cement mill – 290 tons of technological equipment and 100 tons of a steel structure.

Project description
Duration time of realization – 24 months
From 09/2003 to 08/2005 – disassembly and transport of technological equipment from sugar plants Lehrte, Klein Wanzleben, Schladen, Schleswig (Germany) with a weight of approximately 2200 tons to Trenčianska Teplá sugar plant.
The sugar plant technological equipment:
- Diffusion tower, 7.8 m diameter
- 3 pcs of evaporative stations, 3.6 m diameter, 25 m height, a weight of 237 tons
- We provided a renewal and assembly of equipment in Trenčianska Teplá sugar plant.
01/2005 - 08/2005 – disassembly of a wastewater treatment system with a weight of 460 tons in Schleswig sugar plant, transport of particular parts from Schleswig to Trenčianska Teplá, assembly of the complete wastewater treatment system in Trenčianska Teplá sugar plant (the waste water treatment technological equipment, 5 pcs of bolted tanks with diameters from 6 to 26 m and heights from 5 m to 16 m, 1 pc of a welded tank of a methane reactor with Ø 14 m and a height of 16 m).

Project description
Our company provided installation of wood chipboard drying technology for Dieffenbacher GmbH, a supplier for IKEA Slovakia.
During the installation we assembled 800 tons of technology comprising a dryer of Ø 6.2 x 32 m, cyclones, conveyors and steel structures. We also installed a wood cutting line, chipping line, loading equipment and all particular conveying systems with a total weight of 700 tons.
