Project description
Project scope was dismantling of existing equipment and installation works.
Dismantling works in the volume of 60t.
Main dismantling works included:
- dismantling part of the roof steel structure
- dismantling 2 water tanks
- dismantling piping from a pipe bridge, pipe connections on heaters
- dismantling 2 heaters
Installation works in the volume of 125t.
Main installation works included:
- installation of main pipe routes
- installation of evaporator body FFE5
- installation of sugar juice pumps, pumps for sugar beet strips water
- installation of Barriquand heater
- Installation of steel structures for heat exchangers
- Re-installation of part of steel structure
- Re-installation of 2 water tanks
- Re-installation of part of roof steel structure
