A scope of assembly works included a replacement of OM1 raw mill with ø3x6m in the cement plant CEMMAC a.s. Horné Srnie premises.
Disassembly of the mill old drum of Ø 3 x 6 m
- Disassembly of the mill covers
- Disassembly of inlet and outlet piping
- Disassembly of armouring
- Disassembly of the mill gear ring and pinion gear
- Disassembly of the mill bearings
- Disassembly of the mill pins
- Disassembly of the mill drive
- Disassembly of steel floor and staircase structures
- Pulling the old drum out of the mill
Installation of a mill new drum of Ø 3 x 6 m
- Transport and installation of a new drum to the mill
- Assembly of new pins to the mill
- Assembly of the mill bearings
- Assembly of the mill gear ring and pinion gear
- Mounting of the old armouring to the mill using new fastening material
- Assembly of the mill covers
- Assembly of inlet and outlet piping
- Assembly of the mill drive
- Assembly of demounted steel structures
- Adjustment of the mill drive
- No-load performance testing and operational testing
