Project description
A subject of assembly works was a replacement of a discharge section of a rotary kiln with a supporting part with a supporting ring of a total length of c. 5900 mm and a weight – c. 49 tons. Disassembly of the existing discharge section and assembly of a new part was planned to be performed through a building roof, using a crane with a lifting capacity of 400 tons from our MZP Group. A transport track of 2000 x 12000 mm was made and used for the demounting and installation works.
